24 Syncro Evo cleanroom ceiling tiles are a technical solution specifically engineered for hospitals and cleanrooms requiring superior airtight performance. This system uses springs hooked onto a T24 Syncro Evo to apply high pressure against neoprene gaskets installed along the panel edges. This mechanism significantly reduces airflow and ensures a sterile, controlled environment.

24 Syncro Evo cleanroom ceilings system is available in a wide range of dimensions, including 600×600 mm, 600×1200 mm, 300×600 mm, and 300×1200 mm, ensuring maximum flexibility for different architectural layouts. To meet specific durability and weight requirements, panels are made in high-quality steel (5/10 or 6/10) or aluminium (8/10). The “side-by-side” right-edge design allows the cleanroom metal ceiling panels to fit perfectly together, enhancing the appearance of the ceiling.

The system is UNI EN 1026 certified for air tightness and has achieved ISO 2 Class certification according to ISO 14644-1, making it suitable for the most demanding controlled environments. For healthcare applications, the panels can be enhanced with a certified antibacterial treatment, providing an extra layer of protection against pathogens.

The T24 Syncro Evo structure is engineered for maximum stability. The system includes dedicated anti-seismic equipment designed to maintain structural integrity during seismic events. Depending on the installation requirements, IFC provides specialized anti-seismic kits tailored for both standard and high plenums.
