This high-performance cleanroom clip-in metal ceiling system uses a Matrox Air Tight structure and typically consists of 600×600 mm side-by-side panels with either right or bevelled closed edges, though custom dimensions are available upon request to meet specific architectural needs. To ensure maximum durability and versatility, the system can be made from various materials including steel or stainless steel in thicknesses ranging from 5/10 to 8/10, as well as 6/10 and 8/10 aluminium. Safety is a primary design consideration, as this healthcare ceiling system is compatible with dedicated antiseismic kits tailored for both standard plenums under 1.2 meters and high plenums exceeding that height. Aesthetic and hygienic requirements are equally addressed through a wide selection of finishing options, such as white or silver pre-painted steel and aluminium, custom RAL or NCS coatings and advanced sublimation or digital printing. While the panels are available with a plain surface, they can also be improved with a certified antibacterial treatment, making this system an ideal choice for environments where both airtight integrity and superior sanitary standards are essential.
