t-grid system

he FOX T15 T-grid system is made up of a main 3700mm h38 T15 profile, and two cross profiles 15mm base, 32mm hight, 1200 -600mm length. Properly conceived to realize lightweight panelled ceilings it has a maximum load capacity of 8 kg.

As well as for, the main t-grid profiles have an high performance printed hook, while the cross tees have a special stainless steel quick-coupling clip; both are properly conceived to support several coupling and dismantling stress actions. Profiles, in fact, can be hook and released by a simple but firm finger pressure on the reed, therefore profiles will be detached without damaging and can be ready for new use. A great option for fast applications and frequent removals during installation stage.

FOX T15 T-grid system has numerous applications. It can be used for example with 15 Linear Design Panels panels both with 90°or bevelled edges and with 9mm or 15mm drop. With this application, the panels alternate with the visible structure enhance the modular rhythm of the ceiling especially when panels and profiles are made with two different colours and panels are with 15mm drop and 90° edge.

FOX T15 quick-coupling clips are also an excellent system to be used with open cells. The Open cell BASE 15 with T15 visible structure has been conceived to create linear and uniform false ceilings which stand out for the stylistic homogeneity between profiles and open cells elements both having the same base of 15mm. In both metal ceiling systems tiles are laid directly onto the structure and they can be quickly removed to check the interspace.

FOX T15 is always available in standard white, black and silver colours. For special projects, on request t-grid profiles can be post-painted in RAL/NCS colours or treated with proper antimicrobial powder coating which reduce the presence of pathogens on surface and increase the healthiness of the metal ceiling.
