These staves are manufactured in continuous lengths of up to 6 metres to accommodate grand-scale architectural visions, allowing for expansive, uninterrupted lines across the façade. Constructed from 6/10, 7/10 or 8/10 aluminium with custom thicknesses available upon request for tailor-made engineering requirements, these metal façade staves are built to withstand the test of time.
The system boasts a UNI EN 13659 Class 6 Wind Resistance certification, ensuring maximum stability, safety and acoustic comfort, even when exposed to high-pressure environmental conditions. The robust 10/10 black pre-painted aluminium structure provides strong support and can be finished to match the staves exactly, creating a uniform appearance.
To optimise solar shading and privacy, the system uses different carriers that provide fixed inclinations of 45°, 30° or 20° respectively, with a maximum carrier length of 4000 mm.
