Lay-on ceiling panels

Plan panels are always available with right edge in 600×600 mm size and other dimensions on request. Ceiling panels are generally supplied in white and silver colours; even so, the metal surface can always be treated with RAL/NCS post-coating, and through digital printing and sublimation processes, images and natural material ​effects, such as stone and woods, can actually be reproduced on the metal surface, making the ceiling outstanding​.

Plan ceiling system is usually made up of FOX T24 structure; however, with heavy panels, the B35 t-grid is recommended. B35, in fact, has a larger base and all profiles are 38 mm in height, so the structure is sturdier and can support higher loads as compared to Fox T24.

As with all IFC ceilings, to achieve the required acoustic performance, Plan panels can be perforated with seventeen standard perforation patterns and coupled with three different acoustic pads, such as black fleece, mineral soft padding or rock-wool insulation. Therefore, Plan system is an optimal choice to realise high-performance acoustic ceilings, achieving a proper balance between noise absorption and sound reflection, improving the reverberation time index and enhancing the speech intelligibility.

Installation is quick and easy; therefore, the system can be realised in a few simple steps. For plenum access and plant maintenance, panels can be removed by simply pushing them upwards. The perimeter frame can be realised with plasterboard veils or metal wall angles having the same material and finishing of panels.

Air flow panels, integrated lighting, and plant accessories can be properly combined with the ceiling for an optimum aesthetic result.
