metal undulated surface for ceiling

Modules are made with undulated metal in 600x600 and 600x1200 mm, which can be installed all with the same direction or with alternate alignment.

These configurations, especially the last one, make the ceiling appeal dynamic and rhythmic, adding depth to the modular system. Care in every detail, lighting fixtures, air flow panels and accessories can be integrated and aesthetically blend with the ceiling system. Panels are manufactured in steel or aluminium from 4/10 to 8/10 thickness.
FOX T24 t-grid profiles and the wall angles are always available in white and silver colors, and when necessary, they can be post painted in RAL o NCS powder coating to match the metal undulated surface finishing. 

Indeed the corrugated metal surface, both perforated and smooth, can be post painted in RAL, NCS colors and sublimated with images and natural material aspects such as stones, rust, marbles and wood essences.   Moreover to improve the acoustic comfort the perforated metal surface can be coupled with a special thermoapplied black acoustic fleece, properly conceived to increase the sound absorption index.

Very easy to install each module can can be lifted and removed as well for the FOX T24 profiles which can be un clipped to open an area for quickly and handy plenum access for maintenance operations.  For application in seismic area the system can be reinforced and equipped with proper anti seismic kits, whose numbers, types and positions are indicated in the anti – seismic report to be issued and released on request.
