The system is made up of custom-shaped panels simply hooked on "Z" profiles fixed to special “L” wall angles. This application mode allows an easy panels opening for plenum access and plant maintenance. Therefore, only a few simple actions are required to open the tiles: push them up to, then raise them from the "Z" profiles, and move, to hang one side or to remove completely the panel. Ceiling installation is also very easy: after fixing the “L” wall angles, “Z” profiles will be screwed on the “L” ones. The wall angle punches have been properly conceived to make the alignment and setting operations easy and fast. Great option to save time during installation stage.

“Z” System Corridor hook metal ceilings panels are available with right edges only,  however, custom made in size, colours and surface finishing. Made of steel or aluminium, panel surface can be plain or perforated: an optimal choice to realize acoustic ceilings. To this end, tiles can be perforated with seventeen standard perforation patterns and coupled with three different acoustic pads, such as black fleece, mineral soft padding or rock-wool insulation. In comparison with other materials the acoustic metal panels are conceived to achieve a proper balance between sound absorption and reflection improving reverberation time and speech intelligibility index.

In addition to standard perforation patterns, custom made laser and punching design can be applied on metal surfaces, to enhance the overall allure of  the acoustic ceiling.
