Base 4 H30 SC spring open cell metal ceiling system is a smart and original solution to create an uniform and plain false ceiling in which the main elements are mixed up with the carriers without any junction. The integration of the main elements with the carriers ensures a sleek and modern aesthetic, making Base 4 H30 SC an ideal choice for contemporary architectural designs. This metal ceiling system is made of special closed blades with a distinctive delta cross-section, at the ends of which there are specific punches that allow an easy insertion of the hooking springs.

The modules can, therefore, be removed or remain open for plenum inspection or plant maintenance activities. In fact, the panels, available in double sizes of 600x600 mm and 600x1200 mm, are installed by simple hooking to special TSC carriers with grooves for blade centring. To ensure proper alignment of the carriers, they will be used also as spacers to be installed orthogonally at a pitch of 2400 mm. They therefore have a dual function of hooking and alignment. The modules can swing only on 600mm side and can be supplied in 6 six different square meshes and 24 rectangular ones with an open area range from 81 to 95%. Moreover panels can be supplied pre-assembled or to be assembled at site.
Base 4 H30 SC spring open cell metal ceiling system requires as wall angle a 18x33x25mm "C" shaped profile, made in 5/10 aluminium, with the same finishing as the grid metal cells. Regarding the hangers, this spring open cell ceiling requires threaded bars to be suspended; the type and incidence of hangers must be set according to the load per m2, project requirements and anti-seismic kits - if provided.
