Easy to install, this metal curved ceiling is made up of curved panels hook on a concealed structure consisting of  “Z” profiles crossing “U” ones, trough proper locking brackets, as the “Z” System for Wide Spaces.

Special brackets for threaded bars are used to hang the “U” profiles. More over panels can be quickly dismantled for plenum access and plants maintenance operations.

For installation in seismic areas, also the structure of this metal curved ceiling can be reinforced with a proper anti-seismic kit. Numbers, types and positions are indicated in a specific report to be required at the offer stage. The anti-seismic kit must be set according to project requirements, place of installation, metal suspended ceiling features, plenum height and other specific aspects.

Silver Sea metal panels can be made in steel with a plain or perforated surface,  thickness, material, features and color coating according to project requirements, generally the standard size is 600x1200 mm. Therefore wave radius will be developed according to design lay-out and tiles dimensions. On the visible side, tiles will be perfectly aligned creating a sinuous and compact result.

Silver Sea custom shape ceilings can be used also for sound controls, concave panels, in fact, can be perforated and coupled with different acoustic pads to achieve the required performance, improving reverberation time and intelligibility of speech. For this purpose, metal panels can be perforated with both with custom laser cutting and seventeen standard perforation patterns and coupled with black acoustic fleece, mineral soft padding or rock wool insulation.
