Architectural floating ceilings 

IFC floating island ceilings stand out for the variety of available configuration whichcan be made using all IFC suspended ceiling system. Especially hook on, tee grid and clip-in metal floating ceiling panels are widely requested.  To realize floating ceilings panels IFC has developed FOX FRAME: the finest wall angle for raft ceilings made up of ENIGMA,  “Z” system WS, Plan, and 15 Linear Design combinedwith FOX T15 and FOX LINE. FOX FRAME, in post-painted extruded aluminium, closes perfectly the ceiling system enhancing the overall design. Easy to install in few quickly steps it is an unique profile for several application options. 

In addition to FOX FRAME  raft ceilings, floating systems can be realized also with baffles, metal mesh, open cell and special monolithic architectural elements. These custom made solutions made with perforated surface integrated with lighting and combined with acoustic pad such as black fleece, mineral soft padding or rock-wool insulation are a great choice to improve the acoustic performance in open spaces. Therefore these technical solutions are generally used in offices, restaurants and wide areas where spaces have to be defined in small working or meeting zones.   

All floating ceilings both monoliths and modular can be made in aluminium and steel with the most amazing surface finishing such us RAL/NCS post-painting, wood finissage, digital printing and sublimations of images and natural material effects, dot-art perforations, punching, laser cutting and molding. Last but not least the distinctive IFC water effect.
